Event Engineering was tasked to install a Jaguar motor vehicle high onto the wall of the Ivy Club in Sydney’s Angel Place as part of a corporate launch event. Initial structural concepts were drawn by Jeremy Sparks with engineering checks carried out by Morgan Sheehy. The custom steel rig was built by Juan Fabrellas. Drawings and council consent was carried out by Jim Free, with the final rig installed on a quiet Sunday night with Morgan Sheehy to check the method of installation conformed to the Engineer’s specification. The vehicle now hangs high above the entrance of the famous club.
