Opening Ceremony 2015 | Event EngineeringWe were contracted as the primary engineering certifier and design team for the new stadium’s use. The Stadium had not yet been handed over and as a result we were responsible for providing the allowable new roof loading limits and the design of a flying system with Q motion to fly a child performer across the complex roof design and larger scenery structures. We worked closely with the stadiums engineers to develop load cases and robust assumptions for the unique use that had not been considered previously to meet the creative brief.
