Tatiana Bolshakova is a highly experienced structural engineer with over a decade of international experience in the design and delivery of civil and industrial projects across Russia and Australia. Since joining Event Engineering in 2021, she has contributed her technical expertise to a wide range of temporary works and permanent structural installations, becoming a Senior Structural Engineer in 2023.

Tatiana’s career encompasses structural engineering design across reinforced concrete and steel systems, with extensive experience in remediation, compliance oversight, and constructability reviews on major infrastructure projects. Her portfolio includes industrial facilities, complex renovations, and remedial works, all delivered with a strong emphasis on quality assurance, safety standards, and practical implementation.

Before relocating to Australia, Tatiana held structural engineering roles in Saint Petersburg, where she worked on a diverse range of commercial and industrial developments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and managing detailed design documentation.

Tatiana holds a Specialist Degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering from the Saint Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering and a Diploma of Civil Construction Design from TAFE NSW. She is known for her sharp problem-solving skills, clear communication, and collaborative mindset—qualities that make her a key contributor to successful project outcomes at Event Engineering.
