Jeremy Sparks is a senior construction and design professional with over 30 years of experience delivering major international events, public art installations, and complex engineered environments. As a founding Director of Event Engineering, Jeremy has played a pivotal role in shaping the delivery of some of the world’s most ambitious creative and technical projects.
His career encompasses construction management, structural and mechanical design, and the realisation of temporary and permanent works across the arts, events, and entertainment industries. Jeremy has held key leadership roles in the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, the Doha Asian Games (2006), and the Vancouver Winter Olympics (2010), overseeing the development and execution of critical performance and ceremonial structures.
Jeremy is renowned for his ability to translate visionary concepts into safe, buildable outcomes. His expertise in materials, fabrication methods, logistics, and advanced construction technologies has made him a sought-after collaborator for artists, architects, production designers, and cultural institutions.
